Description: The National Wild Turkey Federation is seeking a qualified Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team at the NWTF national headquarters located in Edgefield, South Carolina. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily be responsible for management of exhibit hall at NWTF National Convention and Sport Show, development and management of corporate partner contracts and relationships, and oversight of departmental budget and forecasting reports. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is eager to achieve the goals of the Marketing department, ultimately satisfying the mission of the NWTF.
Duties:
Support and maintain the vision, priorities, and principles of the NWTF, implementing strategic direction and purpose within the marketing department and organization
Assist in the development of corporate partner contracts and agreements by working with account managers to draft and execute new and renewed agreements
Coordinate contract responsibility and contract management with account managers and management team
Manage financial monthly budget reports for marketing team
Actively work with marketing team to prepare accurate monthly forecasting reports, revenue reports, summary reports, and annual budget report
Assist in the development of strategic plans for existing corporate partners, utilizing milestones for measurable goals
Assist in formulation and implementation of new strategies for corporate partner development to achieve growth in targeted areas and geographical regions
Manage and utilize a corporate partner pipeline to foster attainable prospecting and cultivation of new business partners
Responsible for: creation of NWTF Convention and Sport Show exhibit hall layout; working with convention team and contractors to design and implement layout; booth sales: booth renewals; booth pricing; booth payments; and, overall exhibit hall management and development to achieve revenue growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Sales, marketing, or communications experience a plus
General knowledge of forecasting, accounting, and budgeting procedures within a large organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
Event management, fundraising, development, or sales experience preferred
Able to work as a team player in a cohesive environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Independent and self-starter attitude and work mentality
Strong oral, written, and phone communication skills necessary
Contract writing experience preferred
Ability to travel overnight
A valid driver's license is required
Must have the physical capabilities to perform above duties--sitting/standing for long periods of time, ability to bend/lift in occasional settingsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
