Description: We are currently looking for a full-time, energetic and customer service oriented individual to join our retail team as a sales associate in our retail store, The Turkey Shoppe on Main, in Edgefield, SC.
Duties:
Provides assistance to customers with purchases of all store merchandise, including guns, ammo, archery, and fishing, as well as supporting the Store Manager in achieving objectives for our retail store
Must be able to present merchandise in a sales approach, be able to manage inventory control, and meet sales initiatives along with excellent customer service
Making knowledgeable recommendations on purchases of guns and ammo, archery, fishing, and other outdoor equipment
Must be able to speak knowledgeably about hunting and fishing, as well as the NWTF's mission
Must be a team member and support other departments when needed
Must be able to open/close store, work without supervision
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Extensive product knowledge of guns and ammunition, archery, hunting/fishing/outdoor equipment is a must
Have the ability to work independently and as a team member and meet deadlines and goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to use PC driven POS system to receive, sell, and inventory products, as well as provide sales reports
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
Must be able to hold a FFL certification
Normal schedule for this position is Tues-Fri 9a-6p, Sat 10a-3p, but may require overtime, evening, and holiday work.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
